Comme tous les ans&nbsp; Madame B&eacute;rard, professeur en SEGPA a pr&eacute;par&eacute; des plats avec ses &eacute;l&egrave;ves de l&rsquo;atelier HAS afin de proposer &agrave; toutes les classes de Sixi&egrave;me une matin&eacute;e de d&eacute;gustation, le jeudi 10 octobre. Certaines classes de Sixi&egrave;me pourront d&rsquo;ailleurs approfondir la d&eacute;couverte de la vie des abeilles lors de l&rsquo;ouverture des ruches du coll&egrave;ge.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\">Le miel de <em>bruy&egrave;re blanche<\/em> a &eacute;t&eacute; le plus appr&eacute;ci&eacute; des &eacute;l&egrave;ves. Il est de couleur ambr&eacute;e, tr&egrave;s parfum&eacute; avec des notes parfois caram&eacute;lis&eacute;es. Le miel de <em>lavande<\/em>, embl&eacute;matique de la Provence, est de couleur jaune dor&eacute;, tr&egrave;s parfum&eacute;, d&eacute;licat et savoureux, parfois fruit&eacute;. Le miel toutes fleurs a une couleur variable mais reste toujours tr&egrave;s clair, du blanc au jaune suivant les fleurs butin&eacute;es. Il ont pu durant 20 minutes&nbsp; d&eacute;couvrir les diff&eacute;rents go&ucirc;ts des pains, des miels et des poissons. La majorit&eacute; des &eacute;l&egrave;ves s&#39;est pr&eacute;t&eacute;e au jeu, avec un peu plus de difficult&eacute; pour ceux qui sont venus &agrave; 9h le matin et un plus grand app&eacute;tit pour ceux qui sont venus &agrave; 11h. Petits et grands, tous se sont r&eacute;gal&eacute;s avec ces recettes!
